Your label copy is laser-etched into a brushed stainless tape, wallet sized, with an NFC tag sealed in behind the label. It ships in a sleeve in about a week, already carrying its own code.

You load the tape
Tap the tape that turns up against your phone and hand it a video — a file from your camera roll or a link. Up to ten minutes per tape, and you can swap the footage later without re-cutting anything.

They hold a phone to the label and the video opens full screen. No app, no account, nothing to install. The tape keeps working for as long as you keep it.

A note from VanMan
I started this because I found a shoebox of tapes with nothing to play them on. The footage was fine. The format was dead. So I made the opposite: something built to last that carries video anyone can watch on the phone already in their pocket.
Every tape in the first run is cut by hand in a small shop and checked before it ships. If a tap ever fails, write to me and I'll replace it.
